60 - 20 - 20

"@DonnieWahlberg 60-20-20. 60% simply fans, 20% super hard core, 20% come out for big events only. That's a fair and simple ratio."

That probably is a good ratio. Seems that some are not taking this so well.
This is my opinion.

(this is not a rant or a vent - just my opinion.)

I've been a fan since 1988 and I consider myself a HARDCORE fan. But, let me also explain this. I have been to a total of 4 NKOTB concerts 1st -1990, 2nd - 2008, 3rd & 4th - 2009. I attended Donnie's "I Got It" party in Atlanta and Jordan Idol in Atlanta. If Joe had of come close to my area, I would have went to his show also, I mean, come on, I'm a Joe Girl!

I consider myself hardcore because I still have stuff from back in the day, and have added to that collection in the past 2 years.

I consider myself hardcore, because I still record things on TV that they appear on.

I consider myself hardcore, because I love those 5 guys. They are my brothers.

I consider myself hardcore, because I'm a member of the NK Army, and very PROUD of it.

I consider myself hardcore, because I follow them all on Twitter, and when I get a tweet from one of them or one of my sisters get a tweet from them, I get emotional.

I consider myself hardcore, because when one of my sisters call me at 2am after a concert, telling me that Jon Knight made her freaking year, I get emotional and we cry together.

I consider myself hardcore because when one of my sisters calls me at 12 midnight, telling me that she sat in Donnie Wahlberg's lap during the Q&A session, after the DVD screening, I cry happy tears with her.

I consider myself hardcore, because I am one of a million sisters.

I consider myself a hardcore fan, because I GET IT!

While I didn't purchase a MacPack, a Coming Home DVD, a Jewlery Box, a platinum record, book a cabin on the cruise, fly to the Today's Show or attend the HOB Christmas show, it does not mean that I'm not a hardcore fan. It simply means, I could not afford them. It broke my heart that I wasn't able to buy a MacPack, and a Coming Home DVD, but I'm a single mother raising to special needs children, I have responsibilities that I have to attend to, before I can satisfy my wants.

Without having these things, does that mean I'm any less of a fan? HELL NO! I'm a BLOCKHEAD. A Blockhead FOR LIFE!!

Donnie wasn't putting any of us down, when he mentioned the percentages, it was making a comment. He loves us, and would never put us down. I know that in my heart. I've looked into his eyes and I seen the love. It's real.
